Position: Assistant Building Manager Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee contractual agreements with service providers such as security, cleaning, fire system maintenance, and building maintenance contractors. Supervise and inspect the performance of security personnel and cleaning staff to ensure compliance with company standards and policies. Prepare and manage approval documentation for various projects, including renovation, interior fit-out, and maintenance work. Handle procurement processes by coordinating with relevant departments, including soliciting quotations, evaluating bids, and preparing necessary documents for approval. Prepare required documentation and details for budget approvals and project proposals, while tracking project progress. Oversee and manage interior fit-out and decoration projects, including space renovation initiatives. Control and manage the building budget, prepare related reports, and monitor expenses and expenditures. Promptly address and resolve issues arising within the building premises efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and environmental policies of the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in building management, procurement, or contract administration. Knowledge of construction work, interior decoration, maintenance, and building systems. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage budgets and prepare documentation related to approval requests and procurement. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
