Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. 1. ตรวจสอบและประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของบริษัทให้บริการภายนอก ให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานที่วางไว้ 2. ควบคุม ดูแลการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของผู้รับเหมา ในการต่อเติม ตกแต่งพื้นที่เช่า 3. ให้บริการและอำนวยความสะดวก ให้กับผู้เช่าและผู้มาติดต่อ 4. ควบคุม ดูแลให้ผู้เช่า ปฏิบัติตามระเบียบและคู่มือการใช้อาคาร อย่างเคร่งครัด 5. ตรวจสอบและจัดทำรายการทรัพย์สินต่างๆ ของอาคาร 6. ตรวจสอบและควบคุมการทำงานของพนักงานภายใต้บังคับบัญชา (ผู้ช่วยผู้ดูแลอาคาร,พนักงานบริการอาคาร) 7. รายงานปัญหาต่าง ๆและการแก้ไขเบื้องต้นที่เกิดขึ้นให้ผู้จัดการแผนกบริกาอาคารทราบ 8. ประสานงานกับช่างอาคารในกรณีที่ตรวจพบอุปกรณ์ที่ต้องมีการแก้ไข หรือซ่อมแซม 9. บริหารจัดการอาคารจอดรถให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่ผู้เช่าและผู้มาติดต่อ 10. ควบคุมการออกบัตรจอดรถยนต์ รถจักยานยนต์ ตามที่ระเบียบปฏิบัติที่ผู้ว่าจ้างกำหนด 11. ควบคุมดูแลผู้เช่าศูนย์อาหารชั้น 4 ให้ปฏิบัติตามระเบียบและนโยบายของ EnCo 12. ตรวจสอบและควบคุมการให้บริการรถ E-Bus ให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายของผู้ว่าจ้าง 13. ประสานงานกับผู้เช่าในกรณีที่ผู้เช่าจัดกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ในพื้นที่เช่า 14. จัดการประชุมร่วมกับบริษัทผู้ให้บริการภายนอกประจำเดือนพร้อมทำรายงานสรุปปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาที่กิดขึ้นให้กับผู้จัดการแผนกบริการอาคารทราบ 15. จัดทำรายงานประจำเดือนในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดูแลอาคารเพื่อให้รวบรวมและทำรูปเล่มเสนอต่อ ผู้ว่าจ้างต่อไป Location: On-site –Bangkok, THA Job Tags: If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements. Responsibilities

The Assistant Building Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the performance of external service providers and ensuring compliance with regulations. They will also manage tenant relations and coordinate maintenance and repair activities.
