Our client, a multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Bristol, is seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor / Building Surveyor to join them due to continued growth. The Building Surveyor will be working on numerous commercial projects with a large number of these being in the educational sector. The role will be based from the office in Bristol with travel to projects.
It is envisaged that the Building Surveyor will be a recent graduate or graduating in Building Surveying or similar. The candidate will need a full driving licence and will need to be based within commuting distance of Bristol. The role offers full APC support.
Open to a Graduate Building Surveyor with a couple of years’ experience post-graduation.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Salary: £30k - £45k (potentially more for a stronger individual)
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Projects: Commercial mainly
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (flexible)

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be living within commuting distance of Bristol
• BSc in Building Surveying or similar
• Minimum of a year’s industry experience as a Building Surveyor
• Full driving licence
• Looking for a long-term role
• Looking to pursue chartership (full APC support is available)
