Description

Assist Master Data Controller (MDC) to manage and maintain the setup of Master Inventory Item, Fixed Asset, Vendor, Customer, and Bank.Assist to create the promotion setup based on Marketing Team requirement in the validity of Policies and Approval. Assist to fix the problems and concerns which are raised by Store Operations and Back Office. Assist to test the fixed deployment on UAT and Confirm to deploy in Production Assist to make the training manual on Apsara System and rotate training the Store Managers, CSRs, and Cashiers based on the found errors. Assist to make a report of support activities from supported Channels for management analysis. Available to support stand by 3 days per week as rotating schedule which is from 8:00PM to 12:00PM Assist to setup Users and User Workflow by occasionally and up to date alignment with SharePoint file about BoA and DoA * Education/Certification Bachelor Degree of I.T Programming or Costing Field *Knowledge, Skills and Experience Analytical Accuracy IT Knowledge Flexibility * Behaviors Teamwork, Information Seeking Planning and Organizing, Analytical Thinking

Responsibilities

Assist the Master Data Controller in managing inventory, assets, and vendor data while setting up marketing promotions. Provide technical support to store operations, conduct UAT testing, and create training manuals for the Apsara system.
