Assistant Business Development Manager Roles & Responsibilities >> Assist in achieving the sales targets of Douyin online stores, focus on the store live-streaming business, and support the daily store operation and product portfolio management. >> develop and implement end-to-end Douyin livestream operation to achieve monthly and annually sales target, via optimization on all touchpoints (such as livestream rooms, paid media performance, qianchuan short videos, anchors’ content, ect.) • Collect and organize store/livestream room operation data and marketing data, and assist in data analysis to identify opportunities for business optimization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and DP (Third-Party Operation Teams) to support the improvement of store and livestream room performance, including both sales results and customer experience • Assist in maintaining customer relationships and support the acquisition of customer resources to contribute to the achievement of sales targets. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or above in E-commerce, Sales, Marketing, or related fields. • Fluent in both written and spoken English, capable of meeting daily work communication needs. • At least 3-5 years of experience in the E-commerce industry; priority will be given to candidates with relevant Douyin store operation experience (e.g., participating in daily store operations, livestream support, etc.). • Understand the logic of online store operations, including traffic acquisition, basic mechanisms, livestream support, and content dissemination. • Have basic knowledge of the Douyin ecosystem and the business model of livestreaming. • Possess certain organizational coordination and project support capabilities, and be able to assist in completing assigned tasks. • Have good cross-departmental communication awareness and be able to collaborate efficiently to advance work. • Strong execution ability and sense of responsibility, able to complete work tasks with quality and quantity guaranteed. • Experience with other social commerce platforms such as REDBOOK will be a great plus.
