Mō te whai waahi | About the opportunity We're looking for an Assistant Branch Manager for our Hautapu store. You will lead day to day in-store activity so that targets, consistency of branch standards and team capability requirements are successfully delivered. This role will allow you to broaden and strengthen your retail management experience as well as gain access to a raft of career opportunities on offer within Farmlands. Your key focus will be: Assisting with delivering the strategic plan for the branch. Supporting the team to achieve financial, as well as health and safety targets. Role modelling superior customer service and merchandising to the team as well as having a growth mindset and living the Farmlands vision and purpose.
