We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Butchery Assistant to join our team. REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in food production or butchery is highly desirable but not essential
• Culinary experience or restaurant background is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• A passion for quality food preparation and butchery techniques

• Assist in the preparation and cutting of meats according to specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the butchery area, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Support the head butcher in processing orders and managing inventory
• Ensure all food safety protocols are followed during food preparation
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of products for service
• Participate in stock rotation and assist with inventory management
• Assist with customer service when required, providing information about meat products
