We are looking for you to join our Tech-Logistics Team as we are responsible for the development of solutions across the entire logistics process in an agile environment. From the receival of goods to the ordering process and returns management, your input is needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You have spent at least 12 months in your actual role within Best Secret.
• You have great communication skills paired with basic negotiation skills and take the opportunity to develop these by observing and learning from colleagues.
• You have analytical rigor and are confident with making data driven decisions
• You have experience in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
• You have a strong focus on accuracy and quality and are proactive
• You organize your workload efficiently, ensuring tasks are ready on time, accurate and prioritized accordingly, even with a variety of single tasks to accomplish.
• You own your development and spend time on reflection and goal setting.
• You have solid English language skills, both spoken and written.

• You will offer various commercial support to buyers with tasks such as supplier performance analyses, background research and supplier meeting preparation.
• You will work closely with buyers on deals, conducting the order preparation, supporting the analyses on article level, filling KPI-driven tools to support the commercial evaluation of deals, and preparing the order confirmations.
• You will support buyers who are connecting with the suppliers, to follow up on negotiations and agreed actions and initiatives that we pursuit together with our brand partners.
• You will support Buyers during the campaign management process, supporting the alignment on brand campaigns and gathering supplier marketing assets.
• You will conduct continuous competitor activity tracking, especially regarding sales campaigns and promotions, and support buyers to be on top of what is happening in the market.
• Under supervision of experienced buyers, you will independently manage the communication with your suppliers regarding the tasks assigned to you.
• You are an effective communicator, able to concisely communicate messages to various audiences.
• You will establish and manage collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders (such as accounting, logistics or campaign management) and our brand partners to ensure a smooth and flawless process execution; as well as operational excellence.
