The Opportunity We are looking for a Assistant Buyer to join our Merchandise team at Lovisa. This role will support the buying team across range planning, approval samples, spec sheets, supplier communication and range performance. You will play a key role in helping bring our product ranges to life, ensuring information is accurate, samples are tracked, and ranges are prepared and ready for sign off. This is a fast-paced support role where no two days look the same. You will need to be organised, proactive and confident working to tight deadlines. What You Will Be Doing In this role, you will support the team with: Building and maintaining Range Planners throughout the range development process Ensuring all Range Planner information is accurate and ready for Final Sign Off Updating agreed retail prices, changes and quantities post Final Sign Off Handing over completed Range Planners to the Senior Buyer within required deadlines Tracking approval samples weekly to ensure they arrive on time Providing regular approval sample updates to your Senior Buyer Checking approval samples for colour, detail, quality and range suitability Identifying potential QC issues and escalating these to your Senior Buyer Preparing approval samples for Final Sign Off, including correct carding, supplier details, cost and margin information Merchandising ranges on the correct fixture ahead of Final Sign Off Preparing spec sheets as requested by your Senior Buyer Reviewing daily sales performance across your team’s ranges and sharing updates About You We are looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused and excited to learn within a fast-paced buying environment.
