Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Administration support including but not restricted to; Invoice queries, Purchase Order processing and expediting.
  • Keep purchase data up to date in the ERP and support end users on day-to-day SAP queries.
  • Manage the implementation process for on-boarding new suppliers.
  • Obtaining quotations from suppliers; doing ‘smaller’ RFQs; looking for savings opportunities, following basic contracting process
