JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will be performing duties associated with the buying process and determining the resources necessary to ensure an uninterrupted supply at all of our locations throughout the United States.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
• 1+ years of purchasing experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills

With over 40 locations in 11 states, we are growing, and want you to grow with us.

JOB DUTIES:

• Prepare purchase orders and place orders
• Receive, enter and follow up on PO confirmations
• Talk directly to vendors
• Expediting and tracking
• Run purchase order reports through our ERP system
• Work to resolve pricing and shipping discrepancies
• Process RMA’s
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to maintain adequate levels of parts and raw materials
• Work to resolve materials issues while achieving and maintaining inventory business metrics
• Perform other duties as assigned
