The primary focus of this role is to support engineers and designers in producing high-quality civil design drawings. Working closely with engineers and architects, the Civil CAD Drafter/Technician is responsible for accurately translating design concepts into clear, precise technical documentation. This role ensures all drawings comply with relevant drafting standards and contribute to the effective delivery of civil infrastructure projects.
The salary range for this role is AUD$70,000 - $80,000 annually.

Responsibilities
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Drafting, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency or demonstrated ability in drafting, preferably using MicroStation or AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of civil infrastructure design, with experience or interest in highways, rail, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A motivated, team-oriented attitude with the ability to manage workload effectively and excel under pressure.
