The Assistant Café & Food Manager plays a key supporting role in the day-to-day running of our busy farm café and catering operations. They help ensure smooth service during core hours, assist with hygiene and safety procedures, and support the team in delivering high-quality food and drink — both on-site and for external orders.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with strong food service experience who is ready to step into more responsibility and grow with the business.
