JOB SUMMARY

Responsibilities:
Lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality and setting the tone for guest interactions.
Support day-to-day café operations, including opening/closing, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Assist with scheduling, training, and coaching team members to maintain high performance, morale, and hospitality standards.
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards and health regulations.
Collaborate with the Café Manager on sales strategies, menu execution, and guest experience initiatives.
Handle customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, fostering a welcoming environment.
Contribute to creating a positive and motivated workplace culture rooted in hospitality.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of management experience in hospitality, retail, or food service.
Strong food & beverage background with proven leadership skills.
Barista/coffee knowledge is not required, but highly appreciated.
Genuine passion for hospitality and people-focused leadership.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required.
