Common Man Roadside is HIRING an Assistant Café Manager for our Derry location! Open availability and flexibility with scheduling desired. Opening and closing shifts and weekends are required for this role. **Starting rate for full-time assistant café managers is $21/hour** Actual pay rate dependent on experience. This position contributes to the success of our café by assisting the Kitchen Manager and Manager on duty in day-to-day café operations. You will use your knowledge and strengths to help the barista team grow, to help create and maintain a better guest-first culture every shift. Baristas provide knowledgeable and friendly service to our customers and assist them in placing orders for food and drinks. Our baristas prepare hot and cold beverages in our café, serve our fresh baked pastries, expo food orders, and help keep the front of the house clean and stocked.
