Common Man Roadside is HIRING an Assistant Café Manager for our Hooksett location! The Assistant Café Manager contributes to the success of the café by assisting the Café Manager in day-to-day café operations. You will use your knowledge and strengths to help the barista team grow, to help create and maintain a better guest-first culture every shift. Duties include: * Overseeing shift operations and daily tasks * Ordering and inventory management * Daily paperwork, reporting, and logs * Food and drink preparation, safety, and sanitation * Employee management, including scheduling, training, and development This is a working management role- our managers work on the floor and prepare customer orders, offer hands-on training, guidance, and development of staff, and assist customers as needed.
