Launching in September 2025, The Base is a new, values-led neighbourhood cafe in the heart of Barnes’ village. Expect hand shaped loaves, warm pastries, and neighborly connection coming together in a space full of charm and soul. We are seeking an experienced and people focused Assistant Cafe Manager who shares our values to help shape and support this exciting, hospitality led concept, whilst building strong community relationships and developing an engaged, service focused team.
