We are seeking a proactive and operationally focused Assistant Call Center Operations Manager to support the day-to-day management of our customer service team. This leadership role works closely with the Call Center Manager to ensure service levels are met, phone systems operate efficiently, and the team consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate is hands-on with workforce management, queue monitoring, and system reporting, while also skilled in coaching supervisors and team leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in a call center leadership role (Supervisor, Team Lead, or Assistant Manager)
  • Strong working knowledge of call center technology, including phone systems, IVR, and reporting tools
  • Experience in workforce management, scheduling, and KPI reporting
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed operational decisions
  • Excellent communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction
