Assistant Care Manager Amersham £27,000 - £29,000 per annum depending on experience We are looking for an assistant care manager to join our award-winning care team, based in Amersham, Buckinghamshire. In this role you can have a positive impact on the lives of others. Working alongside the visiting care manager, you’ll provide the all-important link between our clients, our visiting carers and our office teams. You’ll be based primarily out in the field helping ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients by guiding and mentoring our carers, reviewing and updating care plans and gaining valuable feedback from our clients and their families. To be a successful assistant care manager you’ll need a methodical approach to problem solving, excellent organisational skills and you’ll enjoy connecting and engaging with others.
