OFFICE OF STUDENT AFFAIRS CAREER CENTRE The appointee is expected to provide logistic and administrative support to career-related services/programmes/activities and the day-to-day operation of the Centre. Assistant Career Services Officer (25260407) Responsibilities: Assist in administering career-related services, programmes and activities; Provide logistics support for local and non-local career events; Consolidate activity data and prepare reports; Support the office administration and finance-related matters; and Perform any other duties as assigned. Requirements: A degree holder or above, preferably with at least 1 year of relevant work experience; Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Cantonese and Putonghua; and Knowledge of graphic design and/or video editing would be an advantage. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test. The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
