Job Description Job Purpose Support the development and growth of Engine Oils, Technical Fluids, and Car Care categories by executing category strategies, optimizing assortment, and improving commercial performance (Revenue, Margin, Conversion). The role focuses on data-driven decision-making, private label development, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities Category Performance Management Monitor category KPIs (Revenue, GM%, ASP, Conversion Rate, Availability) Support monthly category reviews and performance tracking Identify growth opportunities and risks (pricing, stock, competition) Assortment & Segmentation Management Support assortment optimization using customer needs (Occasion-Based Segmentation) Maintain and improve category structure (generics, subcategories) Identify assortment gaps based on VIO / demand / trends Private Label (PB) Development Support development and expansion of Private Brands (e.g., oils, fluids, car care) Assist in benchmarking vs competitors and defining positioning (Good/Better/Best) Contribute to product launches (NPD, packaging, content, pricing) Pricing & Commercial Optimization Support pricing analysis vs competitors (market pricing, gaps) Assist in margin optimization and promo planning Work with pricing tools and dashboards Supplier & Vendor Coordination Support communication with suppliers (assortment, pricing, availability) Assist in onboarding new suppliers and expanding cooperation Monitor supplier performance (fill rate, pricing competitiveness) Cross-functional Collaboration Work with Marketing, Supply Chain, Pricing, Content, and Product teams Support campaign planning (bundles, promotions, seasonal peaks) Contribute to improving customer journey (UX, content, filters) Data Analysis & Reporting Work with internal tools (e.g., BI dashboards, Excel, SQL if applicable) Prepare reports and insights for decision-making Support automation and data-driven initiatives Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field 0–2 years of experience in Category Management, E-commerce, Automotive, or FMCG (preferred) Fluent in English Understanding of oils, fluids, or car care products is a plus Time Type: Full time
