Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for healthcare catering and team management? We are looking for an Assistant Catering Manager to join our healthcare team and ensure high-quality meal services tailored to patient care while managing kitchen and service staff effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing daily kitchen and meal service operations in a healthcare setting
Lead, train, and supervise catering, kitchen, and stewarding teams to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
Coordinate with hospital dieticians and clinical staff to ensure patient meal satisfaction and dietary compliance.
Ensure full adherence to hygiene, food safety (HACCP), and hospital standards.
Support inventory control, cost management, and minimize food wastage.
What We’re Looking For:
Diploma/Degree in Catering, Hospitality, or related field.
3+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare or institutional catering is mandatory.
UAE Driving License is Mandatory
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and hospital food service practices.
