What you will do as an Assistant Center Director: Support the Center Director in identifying student needs and opportunities and developing customized student learning plans Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress Lead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting Manage students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions What we are looking for in an Assistant Center Director: Passion for working with students Eagerness to learn and be trained Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance diverse responsibilities Who We Are: Mathnasium of Wilton and Mathnasium of Fairfield are locally owned learning centers dedicated to helping students truly understand math, build confidence, and succeed in school. Responsibilities

The Assistant Center Director supports the Center Director in developing student learning plans and managing student progress. They also assist with sales, enrollment, and providing exceptional customer service to families.
