The Opportunity Reporting to Center Manager - In the absence of the center manager, you will have ultimate responsibility of entire center operations, including production, quality compliance, finance, HR and IT. The Role Ensure compliance with all Company SOPs and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Participate in collecting and analyzing data to maintain center quality, efficiency, and profitability. Collaborate with the center manager to assist with quality compliance by meeting company, regulatory and customer requirements to safeguard the purity and efficacy of the plasma and the safety of donors and employees. Work with quality personnel and QA team to develop corrective action plans to address any areas of deficiency noted during audits. Ensure the center and all employees comply with OSHA regulations and training and complete all OSHA record keeping and reporting. Employee recruitment, training, counseling, and termination, and corrective action programs. To achieve compliance, follow HR policies by treating all employees fairly with HR. Support the center's marketing and advertising efforts. Overnight travel up to 10%. Your skills and experience Education Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent combination of education and professional work experience required Experience Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience responsible for overseeing the activities of a team/others Working Conditions You may spend 80% of the time standing/walking, and occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs. May spend 60% of the time auditing, improving and observing ongoing operations through the center May work with hazardous chemicals, exposed to extreme temperatures and to bloodborne pathogens You will need to wear Personal Protective Equipment while performing specific tasks in certain areas
