JOB SUMMARY:

As an Assistant Center Manager, you will assist in daily operations at our European Wax Center location. You’ll be responsible for team leadership, sales performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background)
  • Strong sales background preferred
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Established history of managing multiple direct reports
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities
  • Work directly with a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
  • Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
  • Review scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
  • Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen
