This a grant funded contractual position. Responsibilities: You will be responsible to: Responsible to courteously greet and welcome the patients visiting the health facility. Responsible to carefully fill in the patient's details (CNIC/PHONE NUMBER) on the Health Facility Patient Information designated application/daily patient record form after thoroughly checking the patient's information. Deliver/distribute mail/messages within the office and outside the office. Any other duties assigned by the supervisor (MO, WMO) and Project Manager. Requirements: You should have: At least Intermediate One year of relevant work experience will be preferred Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills. Ability and willingness to work independently in peri-urban and field settings. Flexibility in taking over additional/new responsibilities when required by the project or directed by reporting Manager. Sound clinical judgment and community health knowledge. Proficient in Urdu and English (verbal and written). Ability to organize, plan, and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Honesty, reliability and trustworthiness Comprehensive reference checks will be conducted.
Responsibilities
The assistant is responsible for welcoming patients and accurately recording their details in the health facility's information system. Additionally, they handle the distribution of mail and messages and support the Project Manager and medical officers.
