Responsibilities

JOB OVERVIEW AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the Assistant Central Operations Manager you will be responsible for carrying out the day to day responsibilities of the Central Operations Team. This will involve the operations management of 100+ schools, and the recruitment of Recreational Assistants for each site to operate seamlessly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Supporting with the management of our office based Operational Supervisors who work outside of school hours on both evenings and weekends.
Making key decisions centrally for our team off staff remotely.
Effectively communicating with School Key contacts reporting any operational issues
Assisting in the management of annual leave and cover.
Deputising for the Central Operations Manager covering annual leave
Overseeing staff compliance within the field and administration.
Overseeing recruitment of Recreation Assistants.
Supporting our in the field Regional Managers.
Utilising our HR platform, Bright HR.
Assisting with payroll.
Onboarding admin for new starters.
Supporting with the launch of our new digital platform.
Having a flexible and adaptive approach to meet the daily needs of the business.
