This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated educator ready to step into leadership and make a real impact. 🧩 Key Responsibilities Support the Centre Director with daily operations and centre performance Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of educators Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and company policies Build strong relationships with families and the local community Drive a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture Step into the Centre Director role in their absence 🎓 What We’re Looking For Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) Previous leadership experience (Room Leader, Educational Leader, or similar) Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS Excellent communication and team leadership skills A current Blue Card (QLD Working with Children Check) Full working rights in Australia 💛 Why Join Busy Bees?
