Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the centre, including managing staff and providing exceptional customer service.
- Analyse and manage centre performance metrics to drive improvements in efficiency and quality.
- Offer leadership and guidance to the team, cultivating a positive work atmosphere.
- Develop and execute strategies to elevate the overall performance and reputation of the centre.
Skills:
