The Salvation Army in Southport exists to help meet the needs of the local community and to raise funds for the work of The Salvation Army in the local area. We are looking to appoint an Assistant Charity Shop Manager to join our team, who will support the safe and effective working of the shop and will strive to further the mission of The Salvation Army.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be assisting with the management of the daily operation of the shop and warehouse, including management of staff and volunteers to maintain the highest standards of customer care, stock management and shop appearance. You will also be responsible for shop security, accounting of cash, health and safety and administrative tasks. Part of the role will be to drive the van and collect donations from the public.
