LEADHAND ASSISTANT (JUPITER)

We specialize in crafting high-quality, safe, and comfortable baby mattresses trusted by families across the country. We are a growing company committed to quality, safety, and innovation. We’re currently seeking a motivated Leadhand Assistant to support our production team in maintaining workflow efficiency and product standards.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Leadhand Assistant will work closely with the Leadhand and Supervisor to coordinate daily production activities, assist in training team members, ensure quality standards are met, and help maintain a safe and clean work environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1–2 years of manufacturing experience (mattress industry preferred).
• Strong work ethic.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Requires manual and physical dexterity.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.

• Assist the Leadhand in overseeing daily production operations.
• Monitor workstations for quality and productivity.
• Ensure materials and tools are prepared for production runs.
• Train and guide new or less experienced team members.
• Report production issues to the Leadhand or Supervisor.
• Assist in inventory checks, movement (loading and unloading) and documentation as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety and manufacturing protocols.
