Job Title: Assistant Chef
Location: Jersey Pearl, St. Ouen
Contract: Temporary contract – 40 hours per week, 7 days a week, daytime only.
Salary: £15ph plus commission and monthly bonus
Jersey Pearl is a multi-award-winning, Jersey family business where, for more than 40 years, we have
helped locals and visitors to our island celebrate special moments with pearl jewellery and beautiful
food. We are looking for a new Assistant Chef for our much-loved Jersey Pearl café in St. Ouen.

• Primarily responsible for the hands-on delivery of consistent, delicious, modern café style food – covering breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea.
• You will work with our Head Chef to develop dishes for our seasonal menus and specials.
• Responsible for the HAACP and Eat Safe ratings
