Rivenhall Oaks Golf Centre and Events Centre is based in Witham Essex. We have a two 9-Hole Golf course, floodlit driving range, adventure golf and the oaks Pavilion Function room with licenced bar.

JOB PURPOSE

We’re hiring an Assistant Chef to support our busy kitchen. The role involves working across our golf bar menu and bespoke function catering, offering a varied and hands-on experience. You’ll be preparing everything from breakfasts for early tee times to tailored dishes for private events.
We’re ideally looking for someone with 1–2 years of kitchen experience, but we’re open to candidates who show the right attitude and willingness to learn.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

•     Assist in preparing and cooking a diverse range of dishes
•     Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
•     Support stock management and kitchen organisation
•     Contribute to menu ideas and seasonal specials
•     Work closely with the Head Chef and wider hospitality team
