We are seeking an Assistant Chef to join our culinary team at Wells Golf Club in Somerset. This role is vital in supporting our kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production that enhances our guests’ dining experience while aligning with our club’s welcoming values.

Pay: £20,800.00-£26,000.00 per year

PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN A KITCHEN ENVIRONMENT, PREFERABLY AS AN ASSISTANT CHEF OR SIMILAR ROLE.

• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques.
• Excellent supervisory and team management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
• Culinary qualifications or relevant certifications are preferred.
• Good communication skills and a passion for hospitality.
