Requirements Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or related field is a plus but not required - Proven experience in engineering management or supervisory roles - Work experience in hotels prefered if not, Commercial Office buildings are also preferred - Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety standards - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Effective leadership and communication abilities - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities - Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools - Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., HVAC, electrical, safety certifications) are preferred
