Responsibilities

Carry out distribution of work and allocation of manpower
Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of airframe, engine, and electrical systems
Performing all maintenance in accordance with the approved manuals
Supervise unqualified maintenance personnel and follow company policies and procedures.
Follow policies and procedures as set out by CASA.
Ensure documentation is true and accurate.
Issue Aircraft Maintenance Release after completion of work
Carry out troubleshooting and defect rectification on SFC aircraf
