Job Description We are looking for a qualified Assistant Chief Engineering, experienced with resort operations, responsible to maintain the hotel system in accordance with Radisson Blu standards to achieve optimum-operating efficiency of equipment at all times Ensure safety in all areas. Coordinate all third-party services and projects as assigned. Coordinate with security team on all safety related matters. Make sure all documents and files are updated timely and archived. Coordinate with all team members and store in- charge to make sure minimum quantity of stock available, track the item orders and delivery. Coordinate the Training and development for the team Appearance and Housekeeping of engineering workshops and related areas. Responsible for the proper organization and functioning of the Department. Proper programming and scheduling of manpower determine routine and Preventive maintenance schedules and ensures their implementation Qualifications Bachelor's degree or Diploma in engineering, 5+ years of progressive technical experience Hotel Name: Radisson Resort Ras Al Khaimah Marjan Island
