Assistant Chief Executive Officer - Shirpur Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.  * MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.  Experience * Minimum 7 years of progressive management experience.  * Proven experience in strategic planning, operations management, and organizational leadership.  Key Responsibilities * Assist the CEO in developing and executing the organization's strategic plans and business objectives.  * Coordinate the implementation of executive decisions across all departments.  * Monitor organizational performance and recommend improvements to operational efficiency.  * Support the preparation of business plans, budgets, and performance reports.  * Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with organizational goals.  * Lead and manage special projects and strategic initiatives assigned by the CEO.   * Represent the CEO at meetings, conferences, and stakeholder engagements when delegated.  * Prepare executive presentations, reports, and board meeting materials.  * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to the CEO.  * Ensure compliance with corporate policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.  * Identify business opportunities, operational risks, and areas for continuous improvement.  * Foster collaboration and communication across departments.  * Assist with change management and organizational development initiatives.  * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, investors, government agencies, and other stakeholders.  * Perform other executive and administrative duties as assigned by the CEO.
