Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and local health regulations. Maintain cleaning schedules and equipment standards. Support banquet and high-volume operations. Leadership & Empowerment Supervise, coach, and support stewarding colleagues. Promote teamwork, accountability, and adherence to company policies. Assist with scheduling and performance follow-up. Sustainable Performance & Compliance Monitor chemical usage, breakage, and operating equipment inventory. Promote safe working practices and environmental responsibility. Support audits and ensure full regulatory compliance. Qualifications Qualifications Minimum 2–3 years of stewarding experience in luxury hospitality. At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
