JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist the Chief Steward in leading the stewarding team to maintain a clean, safe, and organized back-of-house environment Support daily operations of the stewarding department, including cleaning schedules, equipment maintenance, and inventory control Supervise the cleaning, sanitizing, and storage of all kitchen utensils, equipment, and serviceware Assist in monitoring pest control activities with external contractors and report any issues promptly Help ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and standards Support the training and development of Kitchen Cleaners and Stewards to follow operational procedures and standards Step in to supervise overnight deep cleaning or special projects as required Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely availability of clean equipment and utensils Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superior or Hotel Management KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE Minimum of 5 years’ experience in stewarding, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role Basic knowledge of chemical handling, sanitation guidelines, and hygiene management Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese Ability to support, motivate, and guide team members Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays as required Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail BENEFITS 5-day work week Discretionary bonus Medical insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Marriage leave, compassionate leave Free duty meals Staff discount on F&B and banquet Complimentary overseas accommodation Education allowance Interested candidates please submit your application and quote your expected salary in your resume, or WhatsApp us on +852 9199 9088 for enquiries.
