JOB DESCRIPTION
At Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, dining is not just a meal — it’s a memory. As Assistant Chief Steward, you play a pivotal role in supporting our culinary team by ensuring a pristine, efficient, and well-organized back-of-house operation. Your leadership in Stewarding is key to creating the seamless environment where our Chefs can focus on crafting extraordinary dining experiences for our guests.
Position Type: Permanent
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous Stewarding or Food & Beverage leadership experience required
- Must have valid driver’s license class 5 and be able to obtain an Alberta Driver’s license
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management an asset
- Physically fit to lift trays repeatedly, stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
