Job Description Assist in supervising daily stewarding operations and team members. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchen and back-of-house areas. Monitor and maintain proper usage, storage, and inventory of operating equipment. Support stock control, breakage control, and cost management. Coordinate with Kitchen, Engineering, and other departments as needed. Assist in scheduling preventive maintenance for kitchen equipment. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Hygiene standards. Supervise proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals. Train, coach, and support stewarding staff. Ensure all stewarding procedures are followed consistently. Qualifications Diploma or higher in Hospitality or related field Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Stewarding or Kitchen operations Previous supervisory experience is an advantage Company Location: Anantara Lawana Koh Samui Resort
