WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a background in the web industry to join our team as an Assistant to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This role requires someone who can manage multiple tasks efficiently, has a strong understanding of web development processes, and is skilled in communication. Fluency in both English and French is required. Graphem offers this position as a work-from-home opportunity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Background in the web development industry and strong knowledge of processes and terminology
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in executive support, communications, or coordination roles
  • Comfortable with various software tools and quick to learn new platforms
  • Ability to prioritize, simplify complex information, and work autonomously
  • Discreet, reliable, and proactive
  • Fluency in both English and French
    Schedule & Salary are to be discussed. (7am PST to 12 pm PST minimum)

Responsibilities
  • Manage email and communication flow to and from the CTO, ensuring timely responses and updates
  • Support the CTO in coordinating and managing project delivery
  • Assist in tracking progress, deadlines, and resources for web development projects
  • Help ensure that project timelines and budget are met
  • Communicate with internal teams and clients to provide updates and resolve any issues
  • Organize and maintain project documentation and schedules
