We are currently looking for an Assistant Team leader to join our growing claims team specialising in Property based in our Nottingham office.
In this exciting new role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the property claims process, including leading a small team of adjusters, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring the efficient and fair handling of claims.

Exact duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Provide feedback to team members after internal audits.
  • Provide assistance for the Head of Property in gathering information for reporting to other stakeholders
  • Ensuring all claims are handled in accordance with policy, procedure and within industry regulation
  • Foster a collaborative environment and high-performing team environment.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the claims process.

Claims experience and experience demonstrating leadership skills - either in your current role or previous roles - is essential. We are focused on finding someone who is ready to take the next step in their career and who can demonstrate strong leadership qualities who can motivate a team, handle escalations confidently, and most importantly bring out the best in our people.
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills within a professional environment. Have experience within the claims environment and be proficient with claims management systems and MS office. A part or full ACII qualification would be beneficial but is not a necessity
