We are currently seeking a committed and capable GMP Cleaning Assistant Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Facilities Management and Compliance.

As a GMP Cleaning Assistant Manager you’ll:

• Lead daily operations of the GMP cleaning team, ensuring audit readiness and adherence to GMP standards
• Conduct regular audits, manage cleaning schedules, and oversee compliance with COSHH and safety procedures
• Support budgeting, stock control, payroll, recruitment, and training activities within your team
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets KPIs
