About the Role
As our Clinic Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring a seamless client journey, and maintaining the high standards our brand is known for. You’ll work closely with the Assistant Manager, practitioners, and front-of-house staff to uphold a welcoming, efficient, and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily clinic operations and team supervision
• Oversee appointment scheduling, client check-ins, and follow-ups
• Manage inventory of skincare and treatment products
• Support marketing initiatives and social media engagement
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and aesthetic industry standards
• Train, motivate, and support the team
• Handle client concerns professionally and proactively
• Maintain a polished and luxurious clinic ambiance

Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-facing, supervisory role (aesthetic or beauty industry preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and customer service excellence
• Proficiency in booking systems / clinic management software (Phorest preferred)
• Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and wellness
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• A polished, professional appearance and demeanor
