AKABA LLC is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help lead our team in providing high quality Applied Behavior Analysis in the home, center, and community settings to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This position is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing clinical supervision to BCBAs, overseeing training, managing a small caseload, and enhancing AKABA’s operations to ensure effective and compassionate care for our clients. Qualifications Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and LABA (License Applied Behavior Analyst) in Massachusetts. At least 3 years as a BCBA in home based ABA services.
