They are responsible for designing, delivering and evaluating clinical programme for nurses. Responsibilities Teaching and overseeing the performance of nurses Planning and developing specialty modules. Preparing educational and reference materials for the CNE Train new team members Evaluate nurses’ performance Staying up to date with the clinical practices and advancement in the medical sector. Guiding the nurses in utilizing the right technology while providing care to patient. Providing evidence-based training. Ensuring adherence to educational policy and procedures.
