Job Description
The Assistant Clinical Services Manager role will support the day-to-day operations and provide leadership in the operating room and Post Anaesthesia Care Unit (PACU) to an inter-professional team to employ best practices and effective communication in delivering safe, competent and ethically patient centered care using an evidence-informed and stakeholders engagement approach. Respectful interactions and collaboration with patients and families are core expectations of this role. This position will report to the Clinical Services Manager (CSM) to ensure the program goals and objectives are met in alignment with the corporate strategic plan.
