CLINICAL ASSISTANT- MULTI-SITE

In this role, you will provide support to several of our clinics located in Montreal, Mount Royal, Laval, Brossard, and Pointe-Claire, with occasional travel to the Greater Quebec City area.
This is a unique opportunity to diversify your experience and collaborate with multiple teams across our network.

Permanent position — ideal for those seeking a flexible schedule and who are open to traveling between multiple clinics!

  • Monday to Friday: 12:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

A CLEAR VIEW OF YOUR ASSETS

  • You have excellent communication skills in English.
  • You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset).
  • You have an interest in the medical field and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • You find it easy to connect with others and quickly build trust.
  • Your experience in the health care field is considered an asset (ex: optometry assistant, orderly, dental assistant, pharmacy lab technician, sterilization assistant, animal health technician assistant, etc.).
  • You are looking for a fast-paced, dynamic work environment where your ability to work in a team and excel at multi-tasking will be an asset.
  • You have excellent communication skills, you speak French, and you have an advanced intermediate level of English due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with our English-speaking patients.

Responsibilities
  • You assist during the pre-op exams and fill the patient’s charts accurately.
  • You answer patient’s questions and ensure the best service.
  • You work closely with Optometrists.
  • You conduct pre-operative and post-operative tests for patients.
  • You update the appointment system after every patient’s consultation.
  • You confirm by phone post-operative appointments.
