An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our Energie Fitness Brooklands branch as Assistant Club Manager.
About the Role -
The Assistant Club Manager role is key to supporting the growth and running of the club. You will support the Club Manager, ensuring the key business KPIs are achieved as well as ensuring to provide a friendly, clean and compliant club for your members. You will ideally have previous sales experience with a warm personality and great problem solving skills with a passion for Fitness!

Roles & Responsibilities -

• Execute Sales planners to ensure KPI targets are hit
• Ensure the club is kept to a high standard at all time ensuring equipment etc is checked and compliant
• Support all day-to-day operations of the club
• Generate prospects and new member sales through building rapport, conducting an effective needs analysis and overcoming any prospect objections.
• Conduct club outreach to gain prospects
• Ensure all daily/weekly/monthly Health & Safety Checks are completed
• Support with all incoming member enquires delivering best in class customer service
• Create a community feel within the club ensuring it’s a place members want to be

A bit about you -

• Fitness Experience desired
• Personal interest in Fitness is a must!
• Driven by targets
• Friendly, approachable individual with a can-do attitude
• A good communicator
• Previous sales experience desired
• Previous management / supervisory experience desired

Schedule -
40 hours per week - Made up of 5 x 8 hour shifts per week (across 7-day working week).
Must be available to work weekends.
